10 months and a half

A teenager on my hand? Nope but it feels like these days as our little Zac gets very demanding...he needs constant entertainment and really started being rather messy. He now wants to explore food and eat on his own and such. Crawling ha scommenced too and shall I say he loves loves trying to do naughty things:))like get stuff in his mouth that its not supposed to be there anything but food cause food seems to be boring these days.
Granny has spent the holidays with us and is with us until 4th January so she has been very helful with entertaining Zac and also Reuben at times. This is at Kidz Zone with Daddy and Reuben although the two had gone for a play while Granny and Zac were having a moment to themlseves.
He did love the ball pool but really he loved more and does love being with his brother...I am told (as wasn;t there) he got rather upset when he was moved on to a baby area and was no longer with his monkey brother...
We had many play dates with the boys and some visits during these holidays...only a week and Zac is gona try enjoying nursery...with some other children. Also, we will be trying to attend a few more activities maybe even swimming? He has been suffering with a nasty cold which seemed to linger for a rather long time and finally started sleeping better it seems...(fingers crossed) He still wakes at least 1x a night or early morning for a feed but generally is very good. He has started crawiling and is enjoying it very much. MOre teeth are comming too it seems...but still 4 that we can clearly see. Next post should be sometime in the new year.

Happy Christmas...holiday time!

Zac has enjoyed so much having Reuben around even Reuben seemed to be ill for the first part of his holiday...still...here is us visiting Santa (with great difficulty mummy managed it although I am very ill) in Debenhams Chatham.
When we do activities the boys seem to interract a lot. Z needs to have his own pain and brush and everything the trouble is they normally end up eaten or chewed or well chocked on....:)) little monkey has a real personality he is lovely and so calm but if you get him worked up he gets particularly unhappy...
Grinning at the camera he thought we were playing a game....poor Reuben was so unwell. He was so sweet kept wanting his brother to play with except R was unable to give him his attention.
We have had a lot of snow....a lot!! Zac was facinated by it and kept watching it....our kitchen window looks out onto a walk and Zac loves when people go past and wave to him and us. Its truley special time the kitchen time.
Does Zac like toys his own age and developmental stage? NOPE. Here R has a playdate with Nicholas his best friend....and Zac decided it was time he helped toooo:))) The boys love him so much only ocasionally asked me to remove him...when he became destructive...:)) Zac loves spending time with children he really does.
Now where does this long bit go boys?:))playing with the bog boys a very happy Zac. It seems sometimes I only have one son...as in they are so good together but also can do a lot of headaches as they can really get on each other's nerves. What I have noticed is that Zac is trying to copy Reuben which off course R loves so he is teaching him everything he can....I am pretty pleased we are not crawling yet but he is certainly pushing himself forward and backwards and on his tummy...rolling over and over....funny little monkey nr 2. Well next post will be around Christmas for now let us all wish you a very blessed and happy Christmas.

Beautiful boy!

Lovely brothers checking out Santa's stockings...in the sight:))) They have been spending so much of their time together playing and enjoying home.
Zac loves his rocking horse....its just the best:)) He can manouver it all on his own but makes me smile as he only starts rocking himself when I sing...little mumchkin certainly knows how to make me smile and happy....and off course always gets us to be so thankful and happy. HE is just the happiest and content kid in the world.
Reuben's first ever Christmas present kids love it....whenever I bring it out...and Zac has taken a lot of interest in it too. They have been amazingly interested in each other....Zac screams and shouts with joy when we picked up Reuben and he does seem so happy. Reuben runs into the kitchen to get me if I happen to be out and Zac needs something or gets himself in a corner or such.
Zac loves eating on his own chewing on bread or whatever else comes in reach of his hands...:) Little cutie is always so good at the table. He can easily stay there half hour or so. It has had such a ood influence on Reuben as he wants to be at the table with Zacky...so thats all round good.
We had gone out to see what was going on at the Dickensian Festival....and really enjoyed seeing a few Christmasy Characters. Snowman and Pingu and the market at the Castle grounds. Zac loves his daily walks and is such a good little boy. He does not seem to be interested in Tv and such but happy to watch people and kids.
A hug with daddy:)) I love this photo...:)) Dickensian Christmas on Rochester Highstreet. We are having such a good time this December Zac is teething but he is very good. He has also had a slight cold but seems very good. Eating is good and really he manages his days very well in a good routine. Scary and exciting that he will be starting nursery in January....hurray!
