HI! Just some recent pics of nearly 10 weeks old Zac! He is amazingly good and such fantastic baby. Love his different facial expressions. He now follows us with his eyes and gets excited when hears our voices. He does try and use his voice and its very sweet. He cries if is brother Reuben cries and is very very good at falling asleep on his own which is something we are all amazed with. Just like that he eats...plays and sleeps. He is amazing!!!

9 weeks exactly!

We are 9 weeks today! Its been such a wonderful experience yet so challanging having Zac as a lovely additon to our family. Zac remains such a peaceful and good baby but has been pourly lately. Not only afer we had been up and down the hospital and diagnosed with viral infection did he struggle with sleep at night but he has developed this rash which dr said was due to viral infection ....well it just got worse and worse...and I felt so sorry for him as he became so agitated and so figity and upset. So I am hoping that the creams we got tonight as he has been seen by yet another dr will deal with what now seems to be an allergy (I have no idea what he might be allergic to as he is breastfed!:) I hope and pray that he gets well and that he will be able to rest and enjoy his little life.

Here is Zac before his nearly every day bath!! :)) I say nearly as often I am too shattered to bath him and Reuben takes priority as he is such a mucky pup while Zac is clean and very pleased he only has been sick once so far!:) He is so tall its gona be a giant. HE measures 64 cm which is pretty good considering he was born 56cm. All in all good. He weighs a whopping 5.65kgs.

Tummy time...after nappy time we do the tummy time which is being on his tummy...he loves it and seems so content doesn;t he?! Poor face looks all eczma like...doesn;t it? I feel so very sorry for him. Get better sunshine we love you so very much....

HAPPY 2 months Zack!

hello! I can;t believe we are 2 months old today! Zac has been a dream of a boy and I love how my family feels complete. I love how Reuben loves Zac and how we are getting on even sometimes its difficult to mnage everything. Considering we just had 2 weeks of Reuben home as its Easter holidays we have managed ok...and now I am looking forward to getting some of the routine back....once R is at nursery and Jonathan at work...and I with Zack home.

At 2 months Zac feeds 3 hourly during the day and 3/4 hourly at night. He is alert about 45 mins after feeds and is making sweet noises especially when he does the AHHHH sound!
Zac weighs a good 5.66kgrs and is about 64cm. He is already in 3-6 months clothes and seems to be developing really well.
He still is suffering with his viral infection however has not stopped putting on weight at all.
We could not have immunistions yet but we are booked in on the 23rd hurray.

Zac loved being in the car and if outside in the pram he is happy to just sleep and rest...only makes slight noises if he is hugry. Unlike his brother not interested in a bottle or a dummy but l0ves exploring his HANDS. I can see different character and personality between the two one being a mokey character (Reuben) while Zac is more laid back and observant...perhaps more like a ....hmmm wont say anything yet lets wait and see.

Zac loves being by the radiator and sleeping like a little cat just lazing and resting...watching the world go bye...especially his brother who constantly does things around and about often sits next to Zac and pretends he will pick Zac up but then gives up..:)) LUCKILY.
This spotty blanket is nice and cosy and Zac seems to turn his head to look at the sopts a lot and also when doing tummy time he really does take it all in.
Its amazing to see how alike these two boys are physically. I will have to di out some pictures of Reuben when at this stage they have the same nose, eyes and mouth...I am happy with this as to be honest I consider Reuben a real handsome boy.

Early morning, sorry about the quality of the photo was through my mobile.

LOve how he just sleeps so so very peaceful when his brother is charging about...this picture is a little bit like he was thinking with eyes closed....but my favourite is when he SMILES and GIGGLES.

week 7 viral infection

We have had a manic week!:)Just when I thought things were going rather good. TUesday night Zac had a difficult night very restless and strange behaviour but I put it down to being over stimulated with the day spent at Howletts. Wednesday we all went to Kent LIfe Museum it was a very gray day, I noticed that Zac was not interested in eating and was pulling away from my boob which was strange as he is normally MR Magget...by Wednesday pm he only ate very little and was very sleepy...I was busy with Mr R but eventually daddy arrived home at 9ish and I shared my concernes...he took baby's temperature and we found it to be a shokking 38.9%C so I phoned NHS Direct. I felt so awful as to be honest I did not even think to take his temperature. Everyone keeps saying mother'smilk is the best + he has just been on 6 weeks antibiotics I really did not want to thin he could be unwell. The nurse on the other line was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL she noted my given symptoms and asked me to put the phone to Zac's mouth and nose area so she can hear his breething. From then on she only said " Mam an ambulnce is on his way please do not leave you baby alone and make sure he is breething ok" I was just so shocked that I did not think straight. IT was so scary. Two ambulances arrived (one was leaving their shift one was starting the shift) the guys were very good quickly undressed him and propped him up...gave him Calpol (which I had from R) and wet towel over his head..he looked so poorley by this stage I just wanted to slap myself for missreading his illness to tiredness. THe guys said they did not think we are to wait home lets go to hospital. THey attached little one to all the machinery in the ambulance and off we were. At Hospital everyone at A&E was around us (that made me feel even worse as a mum) and they were ever so good. After various tests etc many doctors popped their heads around and said he wasn;t looking good. We then went up to the Panda unit where a very lovely lady dr was amazing with Zac and told me he was suffering with a vira infection which will last between 7-10 days. Around 2am we were home and thankful to be alive....he is now a little bit better but clearly afected by his illness. I CAN NOT TELL HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS LITTLE GORGEOUS ANGEL!! Thank you God for you perfect Gift to us help us to be able to look after him the best way possible.

My two angels in the morning they just love each other.

Easter fun?

HEllo and Happy Easter!:) We have not been up to much these last few days just lazing about and enjoying family time. Zac and I have spent a lot of nice cosy times while the other two boys Daddy and R went about their busniess (generally trains and parks). Zac has been adorable. We are finally able to get out and about in the sling as well...which is nice I am certainly loving it. He remains a fantastically good baby, sleeps well eats well and thanks to INFACOL he does not seem to have tummy aches like last week. If Zac wouldnt be ours I would not believe anyone that kids like this do exist...to be honest after the Shock we had with Reuben this is just amazing. Thank you God...as this is the biggest and bestest gift a happy and content baby!Sziasztok es Boldog Husveti unneples minden kedves olvasomnak...!
